•    All our products are made to order through our print on demand partner, Printify.
•    Standard processing time is 2–4 business days before your order ships.
•    During busy seasons (like holidays), processing may take an extra 1–2 business days.
•    If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll update you by email.

Shipping Time
•    Once shipped, delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout.
•    U.S. orders: Usually arrive within 5–10 business days after processing.
•    International orders: May take 10–20 business days depending on customs and local postal services.
•    We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates because shipping times depend on the carrier.

Shipping Costs
•    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
•    From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions — check our store for updates.
•    International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties.

Order Tracking
•    You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
•    Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Multiple Shipments
•    If you order multiple items, they may ship separately from different Printify partners.
•    You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Shipping Upgrades
•    Faster shipping options may be available at checkout.
•    Please note: Upgrading shipping speed does not shorten the processing time.

Potential Delays

•    We appreciate your patience and will do our best to help if your order is delayed.

Lost or Damaged Packages
•    If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected time, contact us at support@thefnofficial.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).
•    Please include your order number and photos (if damaged) so we can resolve the issue quickly.
