Order Processing & Shipping
How long does it take to process my order?
• Our standard processing time is 2–4 business days before shipping.
• During busy seasons (like holidays), processing may take an extra 1–2 business days.
• We’ll always work to get your order out as quickly as possible and will email you if there’s any delay.
Do you offer rush processing?
• At this time, we do not offer rush processing. You can choose faster shipping at checkout if available.
• Please note: Faster shipping does not shorten the processing time.
How much is shipping?
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
• From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions — check our store for updates.
Do you ship internationally?
• Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on your location and customs clearance.
Delivery & Tracking
When will my order arrive?
• U.S. orders: Usually arrive within 5–10 business days after processing.
• International orders: Usually arrive within 10–20 business days after processing.
• Delivery times may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.
Will all my items arrive together?
• Not always. Since we use Printify, items may ship from different locations and arrive separately.
• You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
How do I track my order?
• You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
• Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Orders
What if my order arrives damaged?
• Please email us at support@thefnofficial.com within 7 days of delivery.
• Include your order number, photos of the damaged item, and packaging.
• We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
What if my package is lost?
• If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors, family members, or your local post office.
• If your package is lost in transit (not marked as delivered), contact us and we’ll arrange a replacement.
What if my package is returned to sender?
• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, you’ll be responsible for reshipping costs.
• If you choose not to have it resent, a 50% restocking fee will apply and shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Returns & Cancellations
Do you accept returns?
• Because our products are made to order, we only accept returns for damaged or defective items.
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return.
Can I cancel my order?
• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we may have already started production.
Custom Orders
Do you offer custom or personalized products?
• Yes! Contact us at support@thefnofficial.com with your idea and we’ll let you know if it’s possible.
• Please note: Custom orders may take longer to process and are nonrefundable unless defective.
Product Care
How do I care for my products?
• Mugs: Dishwasher and microwave safe.
• Shirts & Apparel: Machine wash cold, inside out, gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low or hang dry.
• Bags & Fabric Items: Machine wash cold. Do not bleach. Air dry.
